Fund 17’s team is growing and we are very intentional on restorative practices; we will have some sessions open to the public/community of entrepreneurs as they are usually priced out of such convening due to annual income restrictions and financial limitations. Combining food and mental clarity practices to enhance the practice of wellness.

We offer a radically affordable workspace prioritizing low-income entrepreneurs of color and native New Orleanians with under $150,000 in annual revenue.

  • Entrepreneurs’ personal finances, debt management, savings plans, credit, budgeting

  • Business financial management, budgeting, accounting, projections

  • Obtaining capital

Property Ready provides entrepreneurs with real estate education, opportunities to network with real estate professionals, and personalized one-on-one assistance to prepare to buy and/or lease commercial property for their business in coordination with real estate partners.
